Achieved Property Success

I’m on a roll at the moment. Despite all the distractions and disruptions to my day to day life, I’m still on track to buying my first house. Yes, it has taken me fifteen years longer than I was expecting it to, but that’s just the way the world (or economy, more specifically) works. The economy has set young people up to fail and I’m not even young anymore. Buying my first house at forty was never my dream scenario but that’s the way life has ended up for me and I just need to be excited about it. Even if I’m fifteen years behind schedule, I’m still finally achieving my goal!

I’d like to say a big thank you to my highly intelligent and extremely professional buyer’s advocate. Hawthorn is an absolute dream suburb of mine and that’s where I’m going to be able to buy. It’s in an incredible suburb and it is so close to the city. It’s also absolutely BEAUTIFUL which is a bonus. I’m going to wake up every morning, walk out the front of my home and just admire how incredible the suburb I’m living in is. I am so excited and so proud of myself for finally getting here. I’m going to call the buyer’s advocate tomorrow and tell her that I’m ready to purchase a house.

The beauty of working with a buyer’s advocate is that they know exactly what to look for on your behalf. They also make bids on your behalf so that no one needs to know who you are when they’re bidding against you. I’m really glad to have a buyer’s advocate on my side.

If you’re looking to buy a property like I am, I really recommend working with a buyer’s advocate. Brighton, Kew, Elsternwick, Armadale, they’re all suburbs that are much easier to get into when you have a buyer’s advocate on your side. Trust me, I would know. I’m about to buy a home in Hawthorn.
